• Mimicking patient's metastatic tumoroids in a single pearl (cultivable in 6, 12, or 96 wells plates)
• Improving the interaction between your molecules and the tumoroids (no gel environment)
• Inducing the presence of cancer stem cells by 3D culture, thus making it possible to verify any induced metastatic escape (see picture below)
• Allowing continuous readings of tumoroid growth with EC50 determination (6 points per curve) thus easy comparison between candidates
• Performing a reliable quantitative analysis for a precise comparison between your drug candidates (our pearls are optically transparent)
• Ensuring the confidentiality of your drug candidates (only 1 mg of your molecule is necessary for us to develop and validate a test)
• Pearl Biosystem´s patented technology also dramatically reduces the number of harmed animals.
